I know godaddy is 10$ a year
but I want to find a cheap domain site where it has shopping cart built in as well as joomla(wordpress)

goDaddy web hosting is pure garbage and it’s not $10/year, it’s way more than that. Even their domain names and privacy manager are way to expensive. I use NameCheap for domain names.
What you want is good cPanel web hosting. You’ll find WordPress, Joomla and shopping cart software in the cPanel control panel under Software > Fantastico.
