If I were you, I would do the ff:
1. Get my own domain and hosting.
2. Install wordpress
3. Transfer my contents first
4. Choose for a good template or make my own
But personally, microworks.com design sucks.
microworks.com is a static HTML site built using an old version of FrontPage. I agree with @foobarph, that design sucks.
You can build a WordPress theme that looks almost identical to that layout using Artisteer. Only thing, your theme would look better. You can download Artisteer for free and try it out.
