How do I upload a WordPress theme which i've downloaded using FileZilla?

I downloaded a WordPress theme, but how to I get it onto my blog so I can see it? I am extremely confused!

1. Lauch Filezilla
2. Fill in the information
-> Hostname: yourdomainname.com
-> Userid: your userid connected to your domain
-> Password: Your password connected to your domain
3. Click Connect
4. You will see your files located in your web hosting server under your domain.
5. Navigate to the folder where you installed WordPress.
6. Navigate to wp-content/themes.
7. Drag the theme’s unzipped folder into the themes folder.
8. Log into your WordPress blog.
9. In the Dashboard under Appearance, you’ll see the theme you uploaded.
10. Use the links displayed below the theme’s image to Preview, Activate, Delete the theme.
