Building An eCommerce Site: Use WordPress or Joomla?
I am trying to build a website similar to buywithme.com and I originally thought of using Joomla but what is holding me back is the security issues and i don’t believe they have all the modules I need. I was thinking of Drupal but I need a site up in 2 weeks and everyone just laughed when I said that and someone mentioned using WordPress. I googled WordPress but i have gotten mixed reviews on using it as an ecommerce. Does anyone have any ideas what to use? I need to be set on a CMS tonight if i am going to make my deadline. Thanks!

The security issues depend on the payment gateway you use. Using something like PayPal will eliminate having to use a secure server and buying a SSL certificate. Maybe look into these:
