Adding a Secure Contact Form to WordPress
Do you need a Contact Us page on your WordPress blog, but haven’t the slightest clue how to set up a nice looking form in addition to keeping your email address private? I’ve got the perfect solution.
Plugin(s) You’ll Need:
Dagon Design Secure Form Mailer That link goes to the Dagon’s site.
Download it. Install it. Activate it.
After activation you’ll see the following two entries in your Settings menu.

DD Form Mailer can be used to create all kinds of forms. I’m not going to get into a tutorial on how to design forms and create fields. This article is limited to a contact us form and lucky for us, it’s already created! That’s the DDFM1 link in the menu. Each time a new form is created, it creates a new entry DDFM2, DDFM3, etc.
Click on the DDFM1 link and we’ll enter values for three of the fields like shown here:

Leave the rest of the page alone. Save your entries.
It creates a new tag like this: <!– ddfm1 –>
If you forget how the tag looks, you can click on the DDFM-Main link in the setting menu to see a sample.
Go to your contact page, click the HTML tab and insert the tag into your page at the point where you want the form to appear. Then save and publish the page. Test it out and you should receive an email from it. It even has a CAPTCHA thingy donger. How slick is that! Thanks Dagon.
